Loutarian defined

I'm thinking of becoming a monday2friday raw vegetarian (no bread), one lacto/ovo loutarian meal per day for proteins sake and a burger , steak and bbq guy (w bread) on the weekend. From here on known as a Loutarian™. First rule of being a Loutarian™ is to never talk about being a Loutarian™ at a table , to a waiter or when you are a guest at someone's home. Exercise will be 30 mins 5 days a week of cardio. Sat lifting for a diabetic, which is deadlift and pulldowns with negatives one week and dips and squats the other week. Sunday rest church and eat.Let's see how this goes starting monday.
